Acceptance of terms

By using this website, requesting a consultation, downloading materials or engaging Hamza's Tech Solution (“HTS”) for services, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts or data.
• Do not probe, scan or load-test our infrastructure without written permission.
• Do not scrape, resell or republish site content or product screenshots as your own.
• Do not submit unlawful, misleading or infringing content through our forms.

Product demos and showcases

Interactive showcases on this site use representative sample data for illustration. Figures, dashboards and records shown are not live client data and are not a guarantee of specific outcomes.

Engagements and quotes

Scope, timelines, pricing and payment terms for any project are set out in a separate written proposal or statement of work, which prevails over these terms where they conflict. Estimates shared before a signed agreement are indicative only.

Intellectual property

• HTS branding, site design, product platforms and reusable frameworks remain the property of HTS.
• Deliverables built specifically for a client transfer per the terms of that engagement, typically on full payment.
• Client-supplied content, data and trademarks remain the property of the client.

Availability

We aim for high availability of this website and hosted demos, but they are provided on an “as available” basis and may be interrupted for maintenance or updates. Production service levels are defined in the relevant engagement agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, HTS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or data, arising from use of this website or demo material. Liability under a signed engagement is limited as stated in that agreement.
