Overview

Hamza's Tech Solution (“HTS”, “we”) builds enterprise software, ERP platforms and AI automation systems. This policy explains what personal data we handle on our website and in our products, why we handle it, and the choices you have.

We collect the minimum data needed to answer enquiries, deliver engagements and keep our systems secure. We do not sell personal data.

Data we collect

  • Contact details you submit: name, email, company, phone and the message or brief you send us.
  • Consultation bookings: preferred date, time and the product or topic you selected.
  • Download requests: the email address used to receive a product one-pager.
  • Privacy-friendly product analytics: page paths, referrer, coarse device type and anonymous session identifiers.
  • Operational logs: request metadata used to detect abuse and diagnose failures.

How we use your data

  • Responding to enquiries and preparing proposals or scoping documents.
  • Scheduling and confirming consultations you request.
  • Delivering requested materials such as product one-pagers.
  • Understanding which pages and showcases are useful so we can improve them.
  • Protecting our systems, preventing abuse and meeting legal obligations.

Processors and sub-processors

We use a small set of vetted providers for managed database and authentication infrastructure, application hosting, transactional email and messaging delivery. Each processor handles data only on our instruction and under contractual confidentiality terms.

Retention

  • Enquiry and booking records: kept while the opportunity is active, then up to 24 months.
  • Analytics events: retained in aggregate; raw events pruned on a rolling basis.
  • Client project data: governed by the engagement agreement and deleted or returned on request at close-out.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, and you can withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Email privacy@hamzatechsolution.com and we will respond within 30 days.
